I had confidence when I began: He has a pleasant manner which unfortunately hides some incompetence. In my experience, he did careless exams, leading him to miss problems. When I went back after discovering a problem, myself, he misdiagnosed the cause, but was so overconfident in his judgment, that he made things worse with his "treatment". Then he kept changing his diagnosis, making me realize he was out of his depth. He could not devise an intelligent plan of action and could never solve the problem. We love Dr. Ferris and his staff! They are always so welcoming and kind. My son just had his braces taken off, looks amazing! My daughter just started and we know we will be happy with the end result!
