Was just in there today for my appointment and they never skip a beat. I have been in this area for 13 years - and this is the best eye care center I have been to and have been coming here for 10 years now. They handle a variety of concerns and as doctors they legitimately care about your total care. They have worked with any situation I have had over a decade and I have even called and got same day appointment. My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Farr for 10+ years. He is friendly, very thorough in his exams and also suggests several options for your visual needs. Eye exams are fairly easy to setup and there is never a wait. Highly recommended.
Had a bad experience today at this Eye Center. I am new to the area, moved here with my family from Florida. Went to order new safety glasses for my new job and was refused service because I got there 5 minutes before closing time. They just told me to come back on Monday because they had no time for me. I went 1 mile south and found a NationWide and In and out in 10 minutes and went home a happy customer.
