Clear thorough, nice, and kind
I have a real problem with the way the optical dept. is handled. You really need a stand with numbers to keep track of your place in line. I have asked people sitting on chairs if they are waiting to see the doctor or are they waiting for glasses. It’s very unorganized and annoying for your patients.
