Dr. Ensfield is a caring doctor who takes the time necessary to evaluate children. He listens to parents and is respectful of parent wishes. He got us right in for an appointment and we look forward to having him as our childrens' doctor.
My experience with Dr. Ensfield was wonderful. If you can get pass the rudeness of the staff you will be just fine. My interaction with one of the RN's was upsetting on how she spoke to me. She was very dismissive of every question that I had. Hopefully my next apt will be a better experience.
Dr. Ensfield took us in on a holiday weekend and we were even from out of town. He was very pleasant and VERY thorough in explaining the medications and little tips on how to successfully administer them. It was quite a surprise as the pediatricians where we live a very rushed. Thanks Dr. Ensfield and NP M. Timmer!

Absolutely rude lady working in the office. She gave my girlfriend and I such a difficult time, we figure it was because we were not married. She repeatably asked us for our daughters "real last name", when we would give her hyphenated name. This happened more than once. On another occasion the office called to reschedule our appointment, which was not issue. Then this particular lady called and told us "I'm sorry, this wont work for us", in a rather snotty way. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
