Dr. Cruz needs to take a class in empathy. I am 70 years old and had a hysterectomy and prolapse surgery. He came to my room at around 6 pm on the day after my surgery and chastised me for not wanting to go home that day with a catheter. I went home the next day without a catheter. Not everyone rebounds from surgery the same way.
