Knowledgeable, good listener, prompt, kind
I had an enlarged prostate which was making it difficult to urinate. Dr Chan recommended a new procedure called Resume. Far less invasive and conservative, it was and remains a huge success! The follow up care he provided after the procedure via videos was excellent and easily understood. Each step of the way--from examination, procedure, to follow-up--Dr Chan was personal, professional, and the best urologist of four that have assisted my health care.
Very knowledgable about my condition and answers the questions/concerns regarding the meds that he prescribed to me during my first appointment with him. That was approximately 3 months ago. Thank you Dr. Chan!
