I arrived to my appointment slightly late because the area does not offer enough parking. The day before I was told to email my paperwork specifically to Dr. Buchalter's email address. As I get in his room, he claims he never has received any emails. From my phone I try to show him I in fact did send the paperwork and my release to him. He refuses to even look at my phone and has me exit his room. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a customer. He then thinks I will come back to him in 2 weeks! Horrible every time. You will see Buchalter for your first appointment, and after that they'll just push you off on a newer, more inexperienced nurse practitioner every time.
