Arrived at the office at 2 p.m. and completed the necessary registration process. Within 10 minutes I was taken back to the prep area and the nurse went over the procedure with me and naturally verified who I was etc. Within in next 10 minutes an IV was completed and I was wheeled back into the procedure room. I had a colonoscopy procedure done by DR. Buccini on 6-9-16. Everything went as planned and on time. The staff and all personnel were very professional and friendly and made the whole procedure very comfortable. Dr. Buccini is a GEM in explaining all that was to take place and making you feel relaxed. The only negative is the prep drink the day before.

Maybe something that you don't look forward to but other than the awful tasting prep it went very good. I can only say good things from the very start of talking to the office personnel about my insurance and scheduling the appointment to the nurses and the Doctor the day of the procedure. Everyone seemed to have a genuine concern for me and that means alot to me so a big THANK YOU! I would recommend you to anyone that needs this type of medical attention. I would have to give 5 stars to every area noted above. The staff and Dr. Buccini were professional and took the time to really discuss plans for my upcoming procedure and prep for that procedure.

From check in to check out, the whole experience was much better than I had feared it would be. The staff was great! They listened to me and calmed my fears. They were awesome.

I am a 71 year old professional. I have never been treated by a physician that I respected more than Dr. Buccini. It is very obvious that he is a knowledgeable professional who cares deeply for each patient. He is an excellent communicator which assists him in diagnosing and treating the patient. The physical part of his exams are thorough and he clearly communicates findings to patients. If I could rate him ten stars, I would.

I had a wonderful experience getting my first colonoscopy with Dr. Buccini. The staff was kind, caring, and courteous. I was taken care of with kid gloves and treated like I was the most important patient that they every had. Dr. Buccini has such a nice bedside manner that he put my worries to rest. He was kind and professional at the same time. I would recommend Dr. Buccini and his office staff to everyone and anyone--they are the best!!

Dr Buccini takes the time to listen and care. He was able to resolve my issue over a couple of appointments. The staff was so kind and warm at every visit.

Dr. Buccini is a special doctor. Both my husband and I regard him as not only our doctor ,but our friend. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs a gastroenterologist. He and the staff are all excellent! Suzie Johnson
