I am so happy that my search for a new primary doctor resulted in finding Dr. Bruley! I think he is just incredible - open minded, listens, takes the time you need, very knowledgeable and well versed in studies and current medical updates. His knowledge of endocrinology is especially important to me. But one does have to understand his operating model. He charges based on the time he spends with you, you pay at time of apptmt, and you receive paperwork to make an insurance claim yourself.

Money seems more important than helping people. Dr Bruley is good but beware, u will pay for every minute of his time. U will pay waiting for them to get labs from outside sources & for him to review your chart while u are in the appt. He/they don't prepare in advance. That is time u pay for during the appt. U will pay for a preauthorization & for any question asked outside your appt. Phone messages w/questions about your appt/medication aren't returned or u are told u can pay for a phoneconsul

Dr. Bruley saved my daughter's life - she'd been ill for two years, and no one else came close to really listening to her, putting together a multi-disciplined approach to piecing together what was making her ill, and using the newest information available to get her well. Seeing him is like seeing a dozen specialists at once. He's brilliant, funny, and thoroughly supportive. His wife - who runs the office - can make you feel better just by walking inside. Worth every penny.
