Was trying to purchase a used car online. Week went by between pictures, inspection, figuring out shipping. Was told they were sending docusign on the vehicle for me to sign. Days go by waiting on papers. 3 days later im told they sold the vehicle. Very frustrated I call the gm. Tells me he was sorry and to let him have the chance to find a similar vehicle and make it right. That was a month ago and havent heard a word. I missed out out other vehicles hoping they would make It right. . Why treat a customer that way?

Buying experience went fast and smooth. They didn’t beat around the bush and try to pull a fast one on me. They were all generous and very honest. Everyone there also has many years of experience under there belt and that helped make the sale.
I went in looking for a straight trade on my vehicle. After owners looked at it and gave me options on what was available for what I was trying to do. After looking at my options and choosing a vehicle the process afterwards was fast and smooth sailing. The dealer I worked with, Jose, was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back to buy from them and recommend anyone looking to buy to go here!
