Great doctor and staff!
He's a knowledgeable guy, but I HATE their assembly line approach: the nurse comes in, is the one who goes over everything, takes notes to hand off to the doctor, who then comes in and evaluates/diagnoses according to the nurse's notes... so it's playing the telephone game with your health. I often have to repeat things, and I get the feeling he wants to get out of the room ASAP to see the next client they have in waiting.
