My dad was seen by this doctor for over a year. Dr. Behrend yelled at my dad for falling in the parking lot. My dad has parkensons, and heart failure and is in a wheelchair. He made my dad feel worthless. My parents have insurance, always pay upfront, and my dad was disrespected for his disability.
