Dr. Bedford is a master Alexander teacher, a sought-after professor, and an amazing mentor. I took a year of Alexander lessons with him, and I learned a great deal, but truth be told, I could benefit from a lifetime of lesson from this gifted Alexander teacher. He has something that few of us ever really achieve, wisdom. I would recommend lessons with this brilliant man to anyone.
