Frequent & consistent home time allows you to have a life out side of trucking. More so than any OTR carrier I have experienced. You will be addressed by name. In fact, dispatchers will often ask “What’s your truck # again?” Pay is industry average or slightly above average with 401k matching and Employee Shareholder Ownership Program. I have only been working here 9 months but I feel this is home. Very happy with everybody here. This will be my last driving job before retirement.
Been here abit over 2 years, after almost 9 at previous company. The difference is night and day. Great pay, equipment, home time, people, and benefits. You really can’t ask for more in a company. The only regret I have is not applying years ago! You’re a person here, not a number. It’ll take some getting used to, but you’ll be kicking yourself for not applying sooner! David - currently #438
