Great Dr and staff!
Most importantly, Dr. Bass is knowledgeable, however seemed somewhat indifferent to my concerns. Great front office team!
Dr. Bass was fantastic!!!. Helped me with my issue. Turns out I don't need a colonoscopy..YAY!!! His office staff need to be trained better!! When I walked in I said hi to the lady behind the desk. She didn't even say hi. First thing out of her mouth was we need your $60 copay and your ID. I'm thinking wow that's not a way to greet a patient. People in the office were just not friendly and it wasn't a friendly atmosphere. Office staff definitely need to learn how to treat people and it be friendly, helpful environment. Not I... read more
I had a great experience with Dr. Robert Bass Jr. He is an excellent professional who truly listens to his patients. The consultation was very thorough, and he explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. The exams were handled very professionally, and the results were discussed in detail, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist
