Can’t say enough praise for Dr Bass , as well as his staff. They all go out of their way to be helpful and even though there are many patients with much worse problems Dr Bass wants to help me. Ladies are kind and professional even if they have major issues going on. When Dr Bass was as on vacation, the staff stopped what they were doing and tried to help me. Dr. Bass very kind,professional, thorough and courteous, staff also very courteous and professional.
Dr Bass was super professional, took time to ask questions and was informative. Lots of awards, friendly staff and clean office.
Good on procedures such as colonoscopy and endoscopy. Colonoscopy preparation is very, very good and easy. Not very good a day to day intestinal issues, however. Had to go more than once for same issue that was not fully resolved. Charged more than my insurance and copay and had to pay additional charges. Never, ever had that happen before, which was disappointing.
I have cirrhosis and and developed an ulcer in May 2023. I was hospitalized at UF Health for 4 days. They performed an endoscopy to locate the ulcer and the cause of my bleeding and loss of of blood. In November 2023, Dr Bass had me repeat the endoscopy. I received the results through my patient portal, which reflected no signs of the ulcer any longer.
