Dr. Bass was fantastic!!!. Helped me with my issue. Turns out I don't need a colonoscopy..YAY!!! His office staff need to be trained better!! When I walked in I said hi to the lady behind the desk. She didn't even say hi. First thing out of her mouth was we need your $60 copay and your ID. I'm thinking wow that's not a way to greet a patient. I had a great experience with Dr. Robert Bass Jr. He is an excellent professional who truly listens to his patients. The consultation was very thorough, and he explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. The exams were handled very professionally, and the results were discussed in detail, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist

Can’t say enough praise for Dr Bass , as well as his staff. They all go out of their way to be helpful and even though there are many patients with much worse problems Dr Bass wants to help me. Ladies are kind and professional even if they have major issues going on. When Dr Bass was as on vacation, the staff stopped what they were doing and tried to help me.
