I went to a showing for an apartment I was interested in. At the end of the appointment I was asked if I wanted an application and I said yes numerous times. I never got the application sent to me only an email asking again if I wanted to apply so I replied again I was interested. I called the following Monday to set up another time to look and for him to forward the application and His response was that he would give me a call back. Non responsive. Unprofessional.
Doesn’t return emails, texts or phone calls. Went to one of his listings and the photos posted online did not actually depict what the townhouse looked like. We found another of his listings and reached out to view it and he will not respond. The most unprofessional person I have ever tried to deal with. Steer clear.
I’ve both purchased, and rented through Robert Baldwin. My experience with him was the total opposite of the two other reviews listed. Robert was extremely timely and flexible when renting. When it came time to buy his experience saved me thousands on the purchase price. He’s knowledgeable about financing options, and has a great vision for remodel possibilities. We went for a showing for an apartment we were interested in. We received no response after numerous texts and phone calls. The apartment that we wanted is still listed and we did not get the opportunity to apply. I would definitely not recommend going through Robert!!
