Very good caring manner. I appreciated his thoroughness and responsiveness. I came in for some skin concerns which turned out to be pre cancerous and he treated me well. He wasn’t pushy, but gave good feedback and I felt great about the appt and follow up.
I received excellent care. He pays attention to the details and is very personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend!
Did things I specifically did not consent to and landed me in the ER when all I needed done was a simple biopsy of a Lupus rash. He refused to sample the area of the active rash, insisted on numbing medication that caused me horrific side effects, and even denied my request not to use a bandaid (vs hypafix which he said they had) or Vaseline after stitches since I'm allergic to both. Dr. Bai and his staff are excellent! Less than a 5 minute wait every time I went in to see him. He listened when I told him about my autoimmune issues and made sure I was handled with kid gloves. Love a doctor that listens and respects his/her patients. Made an appointment with a surgeon to have my skin cancer removed. Excellent doctor.
