Upon setting an appointment online, I was contacted by Ingrid that the doctor could not see me without reviewing my records. I called and explained to her that I had not seen a urologist yet and there were no records for me to provide. I was told the doctor could not see me without them. Unfortunately, he may be a great doctor, but I will never know. His profile on here says "accepting new patients." I guess that is inaccurate. Over 2 years with Dr. B and I am never disappointed.
Dr. B is very understanding with his patients. His kindness to my Husbands illness is greatly appreciated.
Dr Badalament is Fantastic!
Waiting for appointment was horrible, waited 2 1/2 hours waited 45 minutes just to fill out new patient paperwork, once got back to room dr was nice and friendly office staff in the back was very nice, as for front office staff except for one young girl she was very nice, others were horrible , I b was called 3 times for medical records and they were brought in to them 3 weeks before appointment, people need to know what is going on up front office and be more professional

I would recommend Dr. Badalament to my friends. Also the staff as doing their best. The patient load is very great in this office making appt. time delays very long and parking a problem. I've had problems getting renewal of meds with Humana as the request for renewal has not been accurate for Humana to respond as to their protocal and my needs for my bladder health.
