This place is falling apart. Office "manager" Kristina couldn't manage lemmings off a cliff. Technical/trouble-shooting abilities are as bad as her customer-service skills. Multiple email messages to Dr. Hurley's office go unreturned, unacknowledged, zero reply back. They'll sneakily reschedule your appointment times without permission, explanation, or even a token apology, and think this is normal business practice. This review is specifically geared towards Dr Schab. He is one of the most kind, caring, considerate, and humble people I've ever met in my life. He instantly makes you feel at ease and his calming voice instantly relaxes you; because no one enjoys going to the dentist. He is a perfectionist so whatever work you are getting done he will make sure that it is done correctly to the best of his abilities; which are just amazing. Very sleazy practice. I was in 1 ago to have a root canal sealed/crowned. They crowned a different tooth and never did the tooth that was supposed to be done. Nothing was mentioned to me at all. I have been in twice for cleanings since and still nothing mentioned. 1 year later the root canal needs to redone and a crown at my cost, due to their negligence. What a beautiful office overlooking the river! My hygienist Trisha was very welcoming and gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable in her chair. Also, Dr Schab has the most gentle touch and made sure all of my questions were answered. He was very personable and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr Schab for anyone looking for a compassionate dentist!
