I would not give one star if it were possible. I stopped into the office today because we cannot get records emailed to us. We need the records for another dentist appointment. The staff is unprofessional and were not helpful. The records were not ready even after waiting for more than 30 min. We understand there are delays, but this was ridiculous. The staff is untrained and useless!
