A great team of pro's who are on top of the latest trends in skin-care. They do not use high-pressure tactics and explain procedures thoroughly prior to treatment. Halle is a "master injector" and she can achieve great results with fillers and botox. Their monthly specials are definitely worth signing up by email to save on treatments which seem to go along with the season. I have been to Robert Andrews several times for procedures, events or just to purchase product. My experiences with their staff were nothing but positive from the moment I entered their office to when I left. The staff is thoughtful and always take the time to educate along the way. I love Robert Andrews. Halle is amazing, skilled and precise with every procedure I have ever had. The staff there is amazing and always friendly. From IV injections to facials and injections , I have always had the best results. Plus they throw awesome customer appreciation parties. The practice really cares about their clients. I highly recommend.

This is an amazing Medical Spa and I am so happy I found it and am always pleased with the services. I have been coming here for over 5 years and can't brag enough about the fabulous business it is and how professional everyone is. The owner is always pleasant and a master at what she does. Not only did they charge me double for a product, they never apologized or refunded me. I returned the product after it made me breakout and was told 3-5 business days for the refund. Two weeks later and it never came! I called and spoke to the owner who was absolutely unprofessional and had the most disgusting attitude. She assure me that I in fact would not be getting any sort of refund(not even the over double charge). Great LHR results! – I have had great LHR results so far at Pine Ridge and highly recommend their services to my friends and family ! The staff is wonderful, always smiling, and there is always hot fresh coffee available. Thats what i love most before i go into my treatment to ice...brrrr. WOW, a doctor that actually does Botox injections himself!! – I have been getting Botox for about six years, and have NEVER even seen the "supervising physician" at any one of the clinics I have visited, until I visited Dr Vecchiarelli! He ran on schedule, and took the time to adress my specific needs! He also did not "over do it" to jack up the bill!! Honest and professional! I will never go anywhere else!

I went in to have a wart removed and to ask about future procedures I was thinking about having done. Dr. V spent a lot of time with me and even looked up a medicine that I had a question about. I just love the staff at Pine Ridge! They are so helpful when it comes to determining what care my skin needs. I've had great success with several of the treatments I've received, and I will highly recommend this office to everyone.
