My parents went to this doctors office just recently and was treated horribly by one of the receptionist... Both of my parents can’t wear the mask over their nose because they have some health problems relating to either a deviated septum or their lungs. And I understand that Covid is bad, I work right through it while the life was being drained from my residents there was nothing I could do. So I understand.
