I have relapsed a few times and been to various treatment centers before. I would highly recommend RAC. The facilities are clean and homey. The staff of RAC was extremely welcoming, helpful, supportive, and treated all of us clients like family. The curriculum is extensive and all of the group leaders have experience with addiction and mental health in some way so they can, and do, share on their own life experiences. Little to no communication with family. Had to fight/email multiple times a week just to get an update on how my family member was doing. My "family support liaison" quit and no one even reached out to tell me, I found out in the middle of their weekly support meeting. Now they are forcing Family Member to do PHP without having given us any notice before today (they are taking him tomorrow which doubles the length of his stay).
