Great with my family then WAY DOWN. Will have an appt. get called hour late then wait 45 mins in hall then 20 to 30 mins in the room before seen. All that time, think she would have reviewed your chart has no clue. Greeted once with "oh you again" not nice. Consistently showing compassion has gone. Out for more patients, more money rather than quality of care. She or staff is calling in prescriptions to wrong pharmacies even when on chart, call for a refill 48 hours still not ordered. Dr. Balch has been my primary physician for two plus years. I am 71 and have seen her for regular checkups and occasional problems that have come up. She is very, very knowledgeable about every problem I have raised and knows the latest information available. She listens well, and takes the time to explain all alternative treatments. She has also referred me to different specialists or evaluations, and I have been happy with the overall procedures. I trust her with any health situation.
I found Dr. Balch unfriendly and focused on how many tests and office visits she could schedule. Not a fit for me.

I’ve been suffering for months only to be told there is nothing wrong. The pain got so severe, I went to the hospital. The hospital diagnosed me correctly. This happened twice. I was always completely honest with Dr. Monical but he never believed me. I have gladly moved on to a more proficient doctor that cares about my well being.
"Doc" is excellent; he is "bigger than life", has great compassion and understanding of your spirit. When my wife died after a long battle with cancer, he had big shoulders for me to cry on and was concerned about me. He never hurries me; always answers my questions, worries about my pt-inr score. His staff has always treated me with respect and understanding; promptly answer my phone calls, arrange "quickie" appointments when needed, and they keep tabs on my prescriptions. Highly recommend him.
I really like dr. Williams. He is very personable and takes care of me well
