First visit was very disappointing! Dr Balch spent little time with me. Visit was back on Sep 11th. Tests were ordered that I never received call back on results. After MANY calls, STILL NO ONE has called me as promised. When I would call I was always told someone would call me back! Was told I needed a urine test in order to get a prescription renewed that I HAVE BEEN taking. Went into their clinic to have test done...never got a call on results and when I did call (again after MANY calls)... I was told they ordered the WRO... read more
Dr. Williams is an extremely intelligent provider. He genuinely cares for his patients.
Most amazing doctor I've ever had. He truly takes the time to accurately treat you. Frankly he has saved my life at least twice.
Since retiring to Ocala I feel very blessed to have found Dr Mimi Balch. She's very kind, knowledgeable and professional. She takes the time to listen to the patient, evaluates, and give specific feedback. And as a woman, having a female primary care physician has always been important to me. She is a five-star doctor in my eyes and I would recommend her to any of my friends.
Dr Balch has been my Primary Dr for almost three years..She is always very thorough and listens to all my concerns. I prefer a woman Dr because I feel they experience the same symptoms and understand my feelings. I recommend her to my friends who are new to the area. One of the hardest things about moving is establishing new Drs. She never disappoints me. Strongly recommend her.
I am so glad to have found doctor Balch. Lots of below average care out there but she is my advocate in addition to being my provider. Best primary care physician that I have ever had.
Dr. Williams is personable, thorough, approachable, knowledgeable, and takes so much time to take care of us both, making his points as to our responsibility to ourselves without making us uncomfortable. HIs dx' s are always on point and we feel that we have finally found our family doctor.
