Absolutely unprofessional company. Their services are overpriced and their workers cut corners to get things done. Do NOT use them for anything as they will mess it up and leave you with more damages. Their drivers are also horrible. Saw one of them get into an accident on Woodfield rd. Saw another one take out someone's mailbox a month before that.
I've had Tull Plumbing come to our new construction house three separate times and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Things happen in new construction, that's what warranty is for. Once was for a drain clogged with construction debris, once for a finicky toilet, and once a sam-day appointment for a broken hot water heater. I have always received respectful, thorough service and Tull has been very communicative. I highly recommend!
Robert A. Tull did a wonderful job on my new home build in Anne Arundel County! Everything was installed very neatly and they kept the home clean throughout the building process as I would check in periodically. I definitely recommend having your builder reach out to them to do you new home plumbing!
It is unfortunate that the builder of my home used this plumbing company as a subcontractor. When I called them last week for a clogged toilet, I was told by the plumber, with witnesses that the draino I had used was enough and that there was no need to do anything else including snake the drain. Well, to my surprise, today I had water coming through my kitchen and living room ceiling from the same blockage that Robert A Tull claimed was a non issue. We had a home built 2 years ago and Tull installed all the plumbing. The house is brand new. In the 2 years we’ve been living in the home, our powder room has flooded EIGHT times. EIGHT times. Our sewage system has backed up flooding our powder room and down into our unfinished basement on 8 separate occasions.
