The office management and customer service has gone downhill since Dr. Rothenberg left.Phone calls are not returned. Mail is not read or answered. Insurance referrals are delayed. I am sorry, since Dr. R always seemed so nice.

Been With DR. Rothenberg since 1979, always there, always right including when its time for a specialist. A true gentleman of the the originals.
I feel Dr. Rothenberg is Excellent. Takes time to listen to you in a warm professional manner. I have been seeing him for about 30 years.
Highly ethical Doctor. I've trusted him for 28 years with my health and now my children's too. He actually listens. He puts the patients first. He has integrity.
As a new patient at Prohealth I was given Vanessa Boccaccio as a care provider. Excited at the prospect of a new provider as I hadn't had one in a while. Unfortunately over the course of months I was given the run around back and forth from the hospital and Quest. Never got call backs, messages, or even the time of day. I'm going else where. I don't have to pay a provider to be ignored and disrespected.
Have not seen the Dr. in YEARS! His PA and I had a personality conflict, so am changing Doctors. Don't need a PA's bad attitude and disrespect.
