I went to Rob after a motorcycle accident. He refused to bill my health insurance because he could get more money from the auto insurance claim. He tried telling me that my health insurance wouldn't cover his claims because the auto insurance responsible for the accident was the primary insurance. My health insurance company says that's not true and that they are reimbursed by the auto insurance when the claim closes.
