Update! I went into the office to pick up the delivery. The only greeting came from the optometry dept. Which is always nice and professional. There was no greeting from the front office staff nor Dr. Ring who walked to the counter. Instead we received a nasty glare. At that moment, I decided that he had lost three patients. I'm giving 2 stars for Optometry only and the new office.
