Lisa (front office gatekeeper) said that she applied my Request for Services (RFS) after my initial referral by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) on Oct 31, 2023. If you're unaware, the VA gives referrals with a limited time period. At the end of this period it is incumbent on the staff at the doctor's office to re apply for an RFS. Dr. Pratt Is A Great Dr., Very Nice & Professional. He Has Helped Me Out Tremendously With My Back Pain For The Past 3 Mos. I Feel A Lot Better & Have More Energy. I Would Highly Recommend Him To Anyone If They Live In Pueblo, Or Even Anywhere Else In CO.
