I could say a lot about this place. Most of it’s not good. After 6 years of signing off my medications for my DOT exam. All of a sudden they said they cant do it no more. No i have to try to find someone else to do it in 30 days. They really did me dirty. The receptionist was not professional at all. I couldn’t take say so much of what ive been through and what ive seen here for the past 6 years. I couldn’t believe they would do that to me. Smh.
I wouldn’t recommend going here if you have to rely on them for your monthly prescriptions. The prescribers literally work 1 day a week. If your pharmacy doesn’t have your meds you are screwed because you won’t be able to get in touch with the prescriber until your next month. There’s a few good ones like Natalie that works the front desk, Jason and Bailey. Anyone else I’ve had to deal with it’s more like what they feel like helping you with that day so it’s a hit or miss.
Been a patient for over 4 years. Give zero notice changing building. Old building had the wrong new addresses showed up at 4:58 doors already locked they head out to leave. Told them what happened had no interest in helping me take a UI. Already having to take off work early and causing to me to take another day. I've had multiple doctors leave wit out notice. Please be mindful of this facility and the providers/counselors they put out there. Pls do not go there or send your loved ones there. This is a facility that preys on innocent people. Administration is the worst ever. clinicians are after the insurance money and are ready to put a label on you at all cost. Follow up is at zero level. This is a facility that is all about the money and nothing more. I should have read the reviews before engaging services with them. Please BE WARNED!!!!!!
