Chris performed preventative maintenance on one of my furnaces. He explained to me that my other furnace works, but it is old and they do not make parts for it anymore and that he didn't think it was worth it to perform preventative maintenance on it because if a part breaks while doing it, it is impossible to get a replacement since the company that made that furnace went out of business many years ago.
