Made an appointment with Dr. Norman, but was seen by the nurse practitioner. She was actually very personable and clearly knowledgeable and able to treat my little problems, but when I make an appointment with a doc, I expect to see the doc. Long wait time. Very, very expensive medication prescribed. Felt very rushed during exam and treatment. Tiny room.
was impressed by the very personalized service I received. Dr. Norman was very friendly and personable and didn't rush me out of the office. I didn't feel like I was in a doctors office. I loved how he interacted with his employees. Really nice and fun. Must be a great place to work. My problem was taken care of with ease and satisfaction. I later went back for a chemical peel with Joen and what a great guy. Very knowledgable and again super friendly. I am so pleased that I have found him.
I called for an appointment a week ago and immediately got one for today. The receptionist, nurse and PA were most helpful, pleasant, courteous and performed a procedure and will see me again in two weeks. The Tampa office sends out staff to SUmterville Fl which is 7 miles from my home.

I had the BEST experience with Dr. Norman and his staff. They were so friendly and caring. They really helped with my skin problems. I would definitely recommend them!
do not go here. they will give the run around and not live up to their word. they also overcharged my insurance for a procedured when I know what was quoted to me for the procedure. I also was charged for an office when they were out of what was needed for the procedure. I was told my co-pay would be refunded but I still have not gotten it refunded. If you are smart you will stay aware from Dr. Norman.
