Good doctors HORRIBLE wait time. I had a 10:30 appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, got to a room in about 15 minutes and waited until 11:40 and NO Doctor. This is EVERY TIME at the Tampa location. Riverview location is fantastic. This office is horribly run and needs an office manager who gives a shit and can run an office. I was about to buy $1000 laser resurfacing package but see no reason now to buy from them. I've met Dr. Norman who I highly respect. I hope he reads this and changes something.
