Totally unacceptable! This office can careless if patients get their prescription fulfilled. I had to call twice in a week in order to get his prescription request be sent to the pharmacy!
The front desk folks were kind, patient and organized. Doc Rob was kind, insightful and thorough. Overall experience was great. I would recommend to family and friends.
The operator was a menopausal woman who was rude to everyone.

Absolutely no matter what do not see this “doctor”. He and his receptionist made me sob on multiple occasions and did not care. I had an appointment cancelled without my knowledge and was told I never made one even though I had the physical card with my appointment date on it. My follow up appointment to my endoscopy over the phone was less than 10 minutes and I was told I was asking too many questions.
