I wouldn’t even give the implant center 1 star , the implant center at vestal Lalor is the worst experience I have ever had …. I had Dr.Joe tell me he won’t work with me because I don’t do oral care at home (which I do ) and I need to watch YouTube on how to floss my teeth and that somebody needs to tell me the truth about my teeth .he also said in a rude tone that I need to suck it up pretty much and just get the work done (cleaning ) Until I can prove to him that I can brush my teeth then he’ll work with me . I ultimately had to walk away before a procedure because I couldn't trust them to do or bill for the correct work. Staff repeatedly said work to be done was for incorrect teeth, included an undiscussed procedure, & didn't include one of the teeth I was actually there for. At 4 times the cost. Even after I corrected them multiple times.

Even though we are there what seems like monthly, I don't have a specific visit in my head to share. I think because we have a bazillion kids, I have so many great things to say. I sometimes come with three or more kids and sometimes a husband in tow. I love that when they are in different rooms you guys communicate with each other and let me know what is going on. Dr.Lalor went above and beyond to help my son with his newly placed braces. He opened his office on off hours to take care of my child. He didn't have to, but he did. He did it with such care and compassion. He didn't hesitate to help us. We need more humans and professionals like him! We are so very grateful to you and your team for getting us connected to you on your off hours and your dedication to patients.
