Experience is a 0/10. I was sent over from the VA, and if youve never worked w/ the VA EVERYTHING is pre authorized prior to any appointments for a year. I was only w/ them for a short period of time till I realized throughout my sessions I wasn’t getting any better but worse. 4 months of me no longer being a patient they sent me a bill saying VA did not cover any of my visit and I have to pay out of pocket when I have proof of payment from the VA paying. My office provides quality behavioral health services to MANY residents in the area. One complaint came from an individual who showed up at the office without an appointment and just sat in the waiting room waiting for me to arrive. I was working in the hospital that day and wasn't in the office. If he had made an appointment, I would have gladly been there to greet him. We use a google voice service to receive phone calls since we are often in session or doing an evaluation and cannot take the call at that time. We do retur... read more

If I could give this office a zero star review I would. Made me fill out paperwork that took over an hour then asked me to drop it off at his office. Went to the office where you find a lobby without an attendant and a sign that says "please be seated, someone will be with you shortly." Waited 30+ min and nobody showed up. Called the office phone and it goes straight to a voicemail. Emailed the doc to let him know what happened and he said "oh that sign is for the lawyer, not for my office" when the sign explicitly says to "... read more

Was one of the worst experiences trying to schedule an appointment! Once the appointment was set which was over a week out which was perfect we both decided on a day! 30 minutes before the appointment they canceled it! Terrible 👎👎
