Dr. Gadladge and his staff are amazing, I had septoplasty surgery in late August and he was really caring and reassuring throughout the entire process, it's hard to explain but i felt like I was in good hands. When the insurance company denied payment on part of my surgery, he contacted them and explained why it was necessary, and they changed their decision. I needed Dr. Diamond’s services for a MOHS repair. He was recommended by my dermatologist, and he did a great job. The two offices coordinated the procedures seamlessly. The office staff at Gadlage & Associates (specifically Julie) worked very hard to ensure my needs were put first (backend paperwork and insurance was complicated with many complications upfront). Patients first has not been lost at this office. Highly recommend.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received today from this office!!! Dr. Gadlage arrived late and didn’t even apologize for the long wait. To add insult to injury his Medical Assistant Jade had terrible bedside manner! I have been suffering with congestion and excessive coughing due to post nasal drip for almost 2wks which is causing me sleepless nights.
