Not a very customer friendly experience at all. To start off with being told that our insurance was not valid. Called while in the office and our insurance rep said absolutely not, your insurance is active, would you like for me to talk to the provider? Guess that should have been a huge red flag to start with. Then the provider proceeded to tell me that most people only have a 50% coverage for dentures, well I am not most people, our insurance covers 60%. She was scared to death and you completely put her at ease and gave her a beautiful new smile. Thank you!!!
