It took them just shy of 3 weeks to complete repairs. I’ll give them a little grace since one part was delayed in shipping, and I’ll give Alex credit for mostly keeping me updated during that time. The major issue: they clearly damaged my bumper while removing it to complete the repairs. Not only is there a crack, but also fracture lines in the paint. The service staff is amazing. Polite knowledgeable professional and always stops what they're doing to hear what you have to say giving you that 1:1 personal experience that truly cannot be found anywhere else. Stay sexy!!!!

9/16 Update: I am trying to be respectful by leaving specific names out of this review but my frustration with Robersons only deepens. I received a call within an hour or two of writing my original review below. The gentleman from service who called was requesting details around my experience that resulted in my 1 star review. I answered his questions, shared specifics and ultimately an appointment was scheduled for me to drop my vehicle off with them on 9/2 for our vehicle to have its paint issues addressed. Although the sales people boast about their certified Jeep inspection, they actually dont do a lot of the work checked, they simply "check" the parts or fluids. They don't replace anything unless it is past the maintenance schedule. When you bring in your vehicle for a warranty repair they act like they are doing you a favor and will try to convince you that it's not covered under warranty.
