Lady that answers the phones doesn’t know anything… absolutely NO use at all.. I only had 2 questions for her, was the technician coming to my home today and was there an time frame… she told me I don’t know anything, I just answer the phone 😡😡😡😡 I’ll move before I ever have to deal with this again!!!
Two Train units installed 2014 with ten year warranty. When something looked worn or didnt work properly they came and fixed it without charging. No problems with Roberson HVAC. I do pay for 2 cleanings per year....well worth the money folks.
These are great nice people that will go out of their way for you.They keep you updated on everything an will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The gentleman that came to repair was non stop working. Nice. Friendly. An someone who knows what he is doing.
