Excellent response time. Technician Camaan was very knowledgeable and had the heat working in less than an hour. Great company.
Check the fine print, they charge a LOT and for travel; they installed our unit and still charge
Lady that answers the phones doesn’t know anything… absolutely NO use at all.. I only had 2 questions for her, was the technician coming to my home today and was there an time frame… she told me I don’t know anything, I just answer the phone 😡😡😡😡 I’ll move before I ever have to deal with this again!!!
Two Train units installed 2014 with ten year warranty. When something looked worn or didnt work properly they came and fixed it without charging. No problems with Roberson HVAC. I do pay for 2 cleanings per year....well worth the money folks.
