I had water coming down through my kitchen lights late at night, and it turned out my hot water heater in the attic was leaking—the water ended up going through three floors. earl really knows plumbing and makes sure to use good materials and do the job right. when we needed our old pipes replaced, he put in new pex pipes all through the house and also changed out our water heater. later, he came back to fix a small leak under warranty, and even checked out some work another contractor did, all for free. he always calls back fast and lets us know exactly when he'll be here. i feel like i can count on him for any plumbing work and wouldn't want anyone else fixing my pipes.
