They simply have saved this asthmatic's life, and have never treated me with ANYTHING but respect or supplied me with ANYTHING but the truth. Btw, the Suite is 3000, NOT "6100," and is -- logically -- on the THIRD FLOOR, NOT "Floor 1!"
I see that they have erased all the negative comments. It's going on 3 months. And they still have not called me regarding my injections. Sad. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Smh
Doctor Roberson is a kind and very professional man. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the staff. Before I started a procedure I asked if I that was covered by my insurance, and they told me yes, but latter they sent the statement, and when I asked why?, the accountant was disrespectful and sarcastically said "SORRY, but you have to pay or I'll report you". What a way to treat patients. WOW. It may be better to ask for a written statement in that office.
