I bought a new Expedition from Roberson and it was a great experience. I live an hour away so we did most of the negotiating and paperwork over email and texts. They were responsive, more-than-fair, kept their promises and helped me learn all the new technology that comes with new vehicles. John Freeman was my sales consultant and I can't say enough good things about how he treated me and helped me learn the vehicle. I highly recommend them.
We have been working with Albany Ford for a while. Looking for the perfect 350 platinum truck. Trenton and John never gave up on us. We are very happy with our new purchase.
I had my 2016 f-350 towed to Roberson because it broke down in Lebanon and I live in Keizer. The experience there was the best I’ve ever had with a service department and I’ve had many! Great staff and speedy service. I would recommend them to everyone in need of service. I will probably return there instead of my local dealer. Thanks to Jeff and his cp-workers
Communication and customer service from service advisor Ken was very frustrating and to be up front didnt happen at all. If I wanted to know what was going on with the vehicle I had over there I would have to text or call. Even then he wouldnt respond or if he did it was days later and had attitude behind it. He absolutley ruined it for me on sending cars there anymore. I will go to salem if I have too. FYI Wendy was helpful and friendly!
My wife took our F150 here to replace 2 TPS sensors. They charged over $400.00. One sensor went out again within 6 weeks. Took it back and they replaced at no charge. Another sensor went out and they charged $114.00 to "diagnose" a problem that was already known. During this diagnosis, they broke lug nuts that they charged me for. They were the ones that worked on the tires last. I was quoted over $200 to replace the sensor....Took the truck to Beggs and they replaced the sensor in 20 minutes for $65.00. Roberson is a joke.
