The customer service was great today however it is ridiculous that there is no manager on site to help out these poor employees, they were backed up on order had angry customers when it came to pick ups, and want refunds issued but the employees did not have the power so had to jot down numbers. One of the girls tried to have her manager turn of orders via messages and clearly that manager did not care. Do better or hirer more staff especially on the weekend.
Updating previous review came in on Saturday and had a decent experience. They were taking orders upfront. Went in on a Sunday morning to be told before I ordered they are only taking kiosk orders and it would be an hour to make a cup of juice.

They are consistent with the way they make their drinks here which I appreciate!
