My honest opinion: I stopped in for a protein shake on Sunday, and the experience was disappointing. The service was fine, but the quality explains why the place is usually empty. I used to be a loyal Robeks customer, and four years ago it was much better. Back then the smoothies were consistent and well‑made. Everything is great. But i would like to address the issue of gloves not being used. Staff is touching everything with their hands. This should be fixed. Thank you
Anna provided great customer service. She recommended the 800 LB gorilla protein shake and it was absolutely delicious!!!!
