The other day I was in robeks and when the lady was taking my order she yawned in my face. Than after I gave her the money for my smoothie she didn’t wash her hands. Her service was terrible and she looked sickly and like she hasn’t slept in weeks. The food was fine but, that lady doesn’t belong in a cute smoothie shop. More like a gas station.
I went into the Milford store on Friday 5/30/25, I'm at the counter and 2 of the girl employee's were talking and paying me no mind, in all my life I never experienced such poor customer service, I walked out and saw them laughing at me....on top of it, I get a response from the owner to contact membersupport@robeks.com....this site lead me to menues and ordering on line....now I'm more insulted from Milford robeks
