I just had a similar issue where I came in and ordered a drink, unfortunately i took a sip, and it did not taste as good, I asked to politely remake the drink but as a juice the store clerk gave me an an attitude and said if you want your drink made as juice then you have to pay for it. I asked if I she can just please make the drink as juice instead of adding the yogurt but she immediately told me no!
