I wanted to like this place but this is my second visit and I ordered an avocado toast and a smoothie via the mobile app. When I arrived to pick up my order there were only 2 staff members there preparing the food so I had to wait a bit for my order. While waiting , I noticed that the young lady who was preparing my food had on gloves but was coughing and sneezing with no mask on while preparing my avocado toast and served it to me. Employees made my smoothie wrong multiple times anytime I complain owner told me to take what we serve you or you can go to Jamba hundred percent true
Online order. Instructions weren’t followed, the açaí was thin like liquid instead of thick and the drink had unblended pieces of fruit.
We liked to come here for the açai bowls, last time it was too sugary, so we did not liked it as always. Don't know if they changed some of the ingredients lately, we liked it here because we are always trying to get something healthier than a lot of fast food restaurants.
