I cant believe you guys dont have this bowl anymore, Ive tried to order it and the cashier told me they dont make it anymore, so sad

It should be a requirement that if you work in customer service, you have to know good english. It is extremely frustrating when you (as the customer) call to ask about a simple thing, and have to wait to speak to the manager because the person who licked up the phone doesn't understand what yoh are saying, and neither can you understand them because of their accent.
