Horrible hospitality. Cranky workers that seem like they do not even want to be there. Went there to order a smoothie and breakfast sandwich this morning, waited 10 minutes for this lady to take my order, when I asked to order something she said " no we dont have" in a very disrespectful way. I have been here several times and have seen the same attitude from employees. Will not be going back to Robeks in Falls Church.
I went out of my way after a long day to get a smoothie and showed up about 10 minutes before closing—only to find the doors locked and no one there. That’s incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable. This isn’t even the first issue I’ve had here. The last time I came, they were out of ice… at a smoothie shop. Great smoothies since Smoothie King closed. I come here now regularly but the Blue Gorilla is the bomb!! And Rosa works HARD by herself to make the best smoothies.
I try the smoothie strawnana berry and it was the best and the girl who works there she is so nice 😊🥤
I didn't even order anything, I just needed a cup of water. The guy at the register was really helpful and kind. I'll be sure to remember this place next time I'm in the area. Please support this place (plus juice is cool)
